6 stages from material receipt to shipment
IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
Full inspection of critical components such as batteries, motors, flight controllers, and airframes; zero acceptance of non-conforming batches, with the entire batch returned.
Assembly
Constant temperature, humidity, and dust-free workshop + ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) management; fastening with electric torque wrenches, in-process self-inspection, and workstation photography archived for each unit.
IPQC Aging
Full-charge, full-load aging test runs for each unit + high- and low-temperature cycling tests; temperature, current, and vibration curves are archived and traceable by serial number.
Test Flight
Full-function test flights for each unit at a dedicated outdoor test site (hovering, waypoints, return-to-home, video transmission); test flight videos are included with the shipment; performance metrics such as wind resistance are subject to the type test report.
OQC (Final Inspection)
Unique serial number (compliant with China’s Unique Product Identification Code requirements) + tamper-proof label + Certificate of Conformity (CoC) + CE Declaration of Conformity (DoC, for applicable markets) + packing list.
After-Sales Service
Global 24/7 video remote support, with consumable spare parts kept in stock and a commitment to lifecycle supply; warranty terms are subject to the provisions of the purchase contract.
